What platforms do you support?

Is there a free trial?

How does the AI learn my brand voice?
During onboarding, we train it on your existing content, your FAQs, your tone, and your product info. The AI uses that to generate replies that sound like you. Most brands can't tell the difference within a week.
How is this different from ManyChat or keyword tools?
ManyChat is rules-based. Set up keyword triggers and it responds when those keywords appear. That misses intent. "What's the price?" and "how much does it run?" are the same question but different keywords. Superpower's AI reads meaning, not words. It also handles moderation, combines automation with a human dashboard, and runs multi-turn DM conversations. ManyChat does none of that.
How involved do I need to be?
As involved as you want. On Moderation, we handle everything. On Moderation + Replies, you can review drafts before they go live or let us auto-deploy. On Full Service, we handle everything automatically.

Is Superpower a Meta Business Partner?
Yes. Our integration is reviewed and approved by Meta directly. Official API access, not scrapers. Your data is handled properly and your integration won't break when Meta makes platform changes.
Is there a contract?
